1. Application 

 

 

The valve and supporting the use of electric actuator is widely used in petroleum/chenical/Cement,electricity waste heat boiler systems,inst Allation of flue gas in the pipeline,to receive theSignal-conditioning or automatic cut off.

 

2.  Structure characteristic 

 

The valve has the features of novel design and compact structure. Its regulating disc adopts multi-blade and multi-axle, which can shunt airflow. Flow resistance and open-close torque is little and operation is reliable. The lubricating bearing of transmission part is flexible on operation and handy of regulating with little coefficient of friction. It can control the airflow effectively and make the working system in optimal state by making full use of energy. It is the ideal airflow-regulating device in piping system.

4. Installation and regulation 

 

l  The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body.

l  Trial operation of valve should be done before install. Open and close the valve by hand for a period. Adjust the regulator according to the working system condition of user. Install the valve in full close state when there is no mistake.

The valve axle must be on the horizontal position when installed in horizontal or vertical. The transmission device cannot be hoisted and avoid damage when installed.

l  The regulator is connected by flange. Add sealing shim when install and then lock down the connection bolt.

l  Debug the manual device. Open a angle after there is no mistake, and then debug automatic or electric parts.

l  Adjust the feedback of current sign according to the automatic actuator device control principle, which is detailed in specification.

l  Synthetic performance of the valve must be done after adjust is over: turn on the power and open the valve, the stroke control device should cut down the power exactly when the valve is in the state of full open or full close. While the torque limit device is in critical state. The open angle indicating device should display the open state of the valve gate exactly.

l  Cut down the power when the manual and electric device is switched.

  

5. Transportation and protection

 

 

l  Avoid bumping of the valve and transmission device. The valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of disc and driving part.

 

l  Transmission device and part should be hung up when the valve is in horizontal in order to prevent damage of axle.

 

l  Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

 

l  The valve should be stored in dry room and should not be piled up in open air.

 

l  It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

 

  

 

5. Maintenance and examination 

 

 

l  Check the working condition of electric motor parts, control switch and sealing of pneumatic    device regularly.

l  Add lubricant to the transmission parts regularly.

l  Check the sealing filler of the valve regularly. Complement or change filler avoiding leakage of    medium.

l Check the sealing parts and transmission parts thoroughly. Detect the sealing parts and the    detecting data should be registered.
