ARCM200L series multi-circuit type electrical fire monitoring detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector), is designed for 0.4 kV below TT, TN system design, through the monitoring and management of distribution of residual current circuit, the conductor temperature, over current, over voltage fire danger parameters, to prevent the happening of the electrical fire, and realizes the real-time monitoring of various power parameters, and provide data for energy consumption management.
The product adopts advanced microcontroller technology, is of high integration, small size, easy installation. It integrates it with intelligentization, digitalization, network, is an ideal choice for building electrical fire prevention monitoring, insulation aging prediction of the system.
The products meet the standard requirements of GB14287.2-2014 electrical fire monitoring system part 2: residual current electrical fire monitoring detector and GB4287.3-2014 electrical fire monitoring system part 3: temperature measuring electrical fire monitoring detector.

4.2 Installation method
Installation mode of ARCM200L type is embedded and the fixed mode is extruded, shown in figure 2.
4.3 Wiring instructions(wiring is subject to the wiring diagram on the detector )
4.3.1 Wiring method
Upper terminal: "12, 13" is the auxiliary power supply;"34, 35, 36" is relay output (DO1 is alarm output, DO2 is trip output);"24, 25, 26, 27, 28" is the on-off input;"21" and "22" are communications
J16 type wiring terminal:
Middle terminal: "53 ~ 64" is leakage current signal input (COM7, COM8, COM9, COM10 are not grounded)
4.4 Matters need attention
4.4.1 Connection method of residual current transformer
ATTN: as shown in the above table, when installing the residual current transformer, the N line and PE line must be strictly distinguished. In the three-phase four-wire system, the N line must run through the residual current transformer.The N wire passing through the residual current transformer shall not be used as PE wire, and shall not be repeatedly grounded or exposed to the conductor.PE wire shall not be used for residual current transformer.In TN-C system, the system must be modified to form local TT system, or transformed into TN-C-S system, and then connected according to the above table.
4.4.2 Auxiliary power supply connection
In combination with the above figure, when connecting the auxiliary power supply, the wire shall be made in the way as shown in figure 3. When making the wire, first press the wire head tightly, and then fix it with tin;The wiring is shown in figure 4. Insert it into the terminal row and tighten it with a screwdriver,to ensure the normal operation of the power supply.
4.4.3 Communication wiring
The device provides asynchronous half duplex RS485 communication interface, using modbus-rtu protocol, all kinds of data information can be transmitted on the communication line.Theoretically, up to 32 devices can be connected simultaneously on a single line, and each device can set its address and communication rate.It is recommended to use two core shielded wires with A diameter of no less than 0.75mm2, connected to A and B respectively. The shielding layer is connected to the ground or suspended at A single point. When wiring, the communication lines should be kept away from strong electric cables or other strong electromagnetic environment.
4.4.4 Sensor matching and installation
There are two kinds of external sensors, residual current transformer and temperature sensor, which are customized products and cannot be used to replace products of other manufacturers at will.When wiring, the secondary signal of residual current transformer does not distinguish the direction of current.
