Please test all lcd when you receive my shipment to make sure that i sent you the good one but not bad one.
Customers always feed back problem after long time,that is hard to identification where the reason comes from,from you?from your customers or from me?it is hard to make identification.
In order to protect customers'profit,I surggest you to do as what we said as below:
1,When you receive the goods,please take photos of outside package to keep as record.
2,Checking if have broken LCD when you open the box,and quantity if correct with invoice list.
3,Use your tester to test each LCD,if have problem please email list to me at once.
4,I will replace new one for you directly if they are 1 or 2pcs because it was maybe broken between delivery,please you recyle them until 100pcs or more,and send them to us to deal with;If they are 10 or 20pcs like that big quantity,please return them back to me,We will replace new for you at that time.
Remark:please don't hold the goods and used them all,Then come back to me this problem or that problem after one week or one month!that will be not good for us to deal with them for you. Pope you understand& thanks for your supports!
