1.Description

Magnesium Lactate is white powder or crystal powder and it can be easily dissolved in hot water. Its molecular formula is C6H10MgO62H2O, weight is 238.44. It is widely used in food, beverage, dairy product, flour,table salt, nutritive liquid and medicine, etc. As food additive, the adding amount of Magnesium Lactate should be: 3000-7000mg in dairy product, 2000-5800mg in nurseling food, 1400-2800 in beverage and milk beverage.

It also conforms with the requirements of EP4.

 

Magnesium Lactate can be used as a dietary supplement and as a nutrient. Magnesium plays a vital role in regulating the neuromuscular activity of the heart, converts blood sugar to energy and is necessary for proper calcium and Vitamin C metabolism.
