The machine is composed by three symmetrical roller, the upper roller is in the central vertical position above two bottom rollers for vertical up and down movement, the bottom rollers get the conversion motion by the screw rod and screw nut worm drive. The up roller is engaged with the bottom gear by the output gear of the reducer. The machine is in a full total structure, The working part, the main transmission part are equipped in one bottom rigid welded base,be convenient for installation and commissioning. |

The working part is composed by up roller euipment, bottom roller equipment, up roller press equipment, balance equipment, overturned part, machine body, and bottom base. 1.1 The up roller equipment The up roller equipment is composed by up roller,Bearing Block,SF-2 composite bearing etc. 1.2 The bottom Roller Equipment The bottom roller equipment is composed by bottom roller,bottom roller input gear, SF-2 composite bearing etc. 1.3 The up roller press equipment The up roller press equipment is composed by main motor,reducer,the worm gear structure, screw lifting mechanism etc. 1.4 The balance equipment The balance equipment is composed by abutment,screw,adjustment nut etc. 1.5 1-7 Overturned part Overturned part is composed by inverted frame,hand shank etc. 1.6 Machine body and bottom base The machine is welded body, the based is weld assembly through annealing stress. |

ü WORKING PRINCIPLE |
The is 3 roller pyramid symmetrical style, the upper roller makes up-down movement in the middle of the two bottom rollers through screw worm drive, and the output gear of the reducer connect the gear of the bottom rollers to get the torsion of the rolling process. Upper roller revolve through O1 make rotary movement. Bottom side rollers revolve through O2 and O3 to make clockwise or anti-clockwise movement. The Upper roller can make also up-down movement. The main driver are two bottom side rollers, it is drive by the main motor, clutch, reducer and open gear. Upper roller is drive by the friction between the roller and the plate and also make press function. When working, the screw nun inside the worm gear will make rotary movement to make the guide screw and the bearing set of the upper roller to make up-down movement. The two bottom side rollers can make rotary in two direction and through the pressure of the upper roller ,the plate will be shaped into position. |
