Addable Device

When loading of the ship some goods to high-strength corrosion,inside the high-velocity relief ventilation valve body shall be coated with the anti-corrosion material.

If the ship Design&Research Institutes and ship-owners want to as semble both gas-freeing cover and some other accesspries on the high-velocity relief valve,the gas-freeing cover can fix on the branch of the high-velocity valve or branch of vent pipe as the gas freeing cover is a separated one.

According to the regulations of MSC/Circ 677 the gas-freeing cover can prevent the flame into the tank while the gas-freeing cover meets to the demands of the pressure/vacuum valve.Shell,upper cover and flame screen(flame retardant bed)constitube gas-freeing cover.It can directly assemble on the vacuum valve of the high-velocity relief valve.

It is necessary to treat some special chemicals specially while loading and sailing.Some cannot leak during the sailing.It can ensure the"zero leakage".After assemble forced-closing device on the CF-ISO high-velocity relief valve.Of cuurse, the forced-closing device will work while it is necessary.

In accordance with the requirements of ISO15364,if the ship is constantly navigating in poor ice conditions may be produced by vapor condensation and crystallization of the goods,

pressure/vacuum valves required the preparation of the heating device,

heating device is to rely on the ship supply steam to achieve.Simple structure of the heating device,

heating,direct,rapid,and can be 

used for less than 1.2MPa superheated steam and thermal 

fluid heating cycle.

According to the IMO and IBC,two ventilation devices or one ventilation device and one liquid pressure sensor shall be assembled on each cargo oil tank to make sure the tank will not over-pressure or low-pressure while one of them does not work.

Such ventilation system not only can prevent the over-pressure or low-pressure of the cargo oil tank,but also can consider as the assist device of increasing the loading speed.The price is the only weakness of this ventilation system.

ISO high-velocity relief air flow valve test is in progress,the test data collected automatically by 
the system.The trial must be vertical and inclined to the state.
ISO high-velocity relief valve fire resistance test is in progress,the test tank for combustible gases,and sustained combustion ten minutes later.The valve body temperature rises should be in line with standards.Stop burning,the valves to open and guide the flame shall not be extingu-ished.The flame must not pass into the tank valve,a return to burning.
