About products and suppliers

The crankset is one of the most important components in bicycles. In fact, choosing the right crankset will certainly have a very good impact on the bicycle riding experience.

Different types of cranksets and their features

Mountain crank double is used for mountain bikes with the aim of increasing speed and comfort. The advanced technology embedded in it makes this product have an anti-slip body on the main lever of a bike. It is equipped with multiple-speed releases and a converter mode system. This crankset provides high flexibility and comfortable shifting if bikers need to drive their bikes at the highest speed. Therefore, for professional bicycle racers, this type of crankset can be very useful. The rotor crankset and crankset Mtb (mountain bike) are equipped with a computerized tooth configuration that comes with smooth shifting contours and a self-stabilization mechanism. This enables bikers to securely climb the steepest cliffs even if the bike is adjusted to low gearing. The cassette crank combois coupled with a wide gearing ratio which facilitates the bike for smoother control. This product is also equipped with a cassette lock which is made from stainless steel. CNC crank combines cold forged crank arms with CNC chainrings to achieve the perfect balance between strength, weight, and smooth shifting. The Chain crank has a unique design that facilitates the teeth of the chainrings to provide more solid chain control to avoid chain slippage. This reduces the risk of falling from a bike which is caused by chain breakage. The wheel crank has a stiffness mechanism that provides a more efficient transfer of energy power from the rider's foot to the bike chain and wheel. Therefore, the process of changing gears becomes smoother.

How to change and install a new crankset

First, unscrew the axle bolt, then remove the crank arm (pedal arm) using the trekker key. Rotate the driving bolt is rotated clockwise until it pushes the crankarm off the axle. After that, open the lockring on the left side of the BB shell. Gently tap on the lock ring anticlockwise. After the lockring is released, rotate the cup anticlockwise until it is released from the BB (bottom bracket) shell. Remove the axles in the BB shell. Lubricate the BB shell with heat-resistant grease before installing the new crankset.
