About products and suppliers

A Jet peel machine is a revolutionary, skin-care device that is used to exfoliate and cleanse the skin, leaving it glowing and more youthful-looking. By using this device, you can achieve brighter, clearer, and healthier-looking skin with little to no downtime.

How Jet Peel treatment works

Jet peels work by using a highly pressurized jet of oxygen to penetrate the dermis—which is the inner layer of the skin which is primarily made up of collagen. Because of its capacity to reach this inner layer of the skin, the jet peel machine is often used to deliver cleansers, serums and nutrients to the skin.

Before the jet peel treatment, the service provider or skin care specialist cleans the skin using a mixture of pressurized oxygen and saline water, thereafter, a custom serum is applied depending on the client’s specific needs. Some common serums applied include: B vitamins, salicylic acid, hyaluronic acid and glycolic acid.

Jet peel benefits

Although there is limited research on the skin benefits of the machine, this machine has been linked to some potential benefits such as: acne treatment and exfoliation, anti-aging benefits amongst others.

Jet peel results can be felt almost immediately. Jet peel before and after shown by clinics where these treatments are done often show a smoother, fresher looking skin.

Jet peel cost

The price of a jet peel treatment varies depending on location. In cities like New York, you could be charged about $160 per treatment. For the machine itself, the prices range from $500 to $3000 depending on its functions.

Jet peel side effects

Although Jet peel machines and treatment are generally regarded as safe, potential side effects such as redness, swelling and irritation may occur. In some rare cases, it might lead to cellulitis.

Like with most, if not all, skin technologies, the jet peel machine requires the technical know-how and knowledge to administer treatment in order to enjoy maximum benefits and minimal, if any, side effects.
