About products and suppliers

A toothpaste tube used to store toothpaste is often cylindrical; however, there are different sizes, barriers, and dispensing options. Empty toothpaste tubes usually come with screw-on caps. But a selection of tube caps and closures are available, including snap-on. The snap-on and flip-top toothpaste caps keep the product fresher for longer because they stay attached to the tube. Stockpiling is easier with flip-top caps since toothpaste tubes can stand directly on this tube cap, saving space.

Plastic toothpaste tubes

Plastic tubes are robust and lightweight. These toothpaste tubes keep their contents inside fresher for longer compared to traditional containers like jars or toothpaste bottles. A plastic refillable toothpaste tube maintains its original form when squeezed and released without damaging printing or labels on the exterior.

Toothpaste tube with airless pump

Pump dispenser toothpaste packaging delivers toothpaste without having to squeeze it. It is simpler to stock and takes up less area on the bathroom counter. Suction cups or sticky strips can hold it to a mirror or stand on a counter. It has a sturdy, hard plastic covering that prevents toothpaste from being crushed, so consumers don't have to worry about unintentional spills. Several variants of the dispenser have a rounded bottom made of plastic, and some also include a cover to conceal the tube of toothpaste. Pumps also reduce product waste since they force all the products out. Dispensers with nozzles or cap-detachable pumps are available.

Aluminum barrier laminate (ABL) toothpaste tube

The barrier layer of aluminum barrier laminate tubes (ABL) is aluminum foil. It shields the contents from moisture, air, and light. It also prevents the food from acquiring odors or taste from the environment or other packaging layers. The capacity of an ABL tube to maintain its squeezing form is one of its main advantages. Its non-reverting shape makes it useful for dispensing items that require careful handling. Because of its improved ability to coil up from the bottom, it is less likely to suck air back inside since the paste remains in place at the toothpaste tube's top aperture. Using a toothpaste squeezer push out all the toothpaste left in the tube.
