About products and suppliers

White marble is currently one of the excellent decorative materials in home furnishings and the most commonly used material. It has good decorative performance. Marble does not contain radiation and has a bright and rich color. It is widely used for indoor wall and floor decoration, especially white marble rock, which is beautiful whether laid on the ground or pasted on the wall. Marble performs very well in terms of wear resistance, is not prone to aging, and has characteristics such as non-conductive, nonmagnetic, and stable field position, which is also one of the main reasons why marble is so popular. There are many places in modern society where marble is used, not only for home use but also in industry where marble is widely used. For example: used as raw materials, purifying agents, etc.

The Type of White Marbles

Volakas white marble is a natural marble with a white base, many deep flowers, and purple-red flowers. With fine texture, high processing adaptability, low hardness, and easy carving, it is one of the most commonly used colors for jewelry display cabinet customization and jewelry store decoration. Volakas white stone has good processability, sound insulation and thermal insulation, unique texture, special mountain and water patterns, and good decorative performance. However, the material is relatively loose, and the water absorption rate is relatively high due to its soft texture; easy to contaminate, warp, deform, and lose light.

Chinese white marble is an imported marble with a grayish-white color, fine texture, uniform properties, and extremely low radioactivity. Fish-belly white is a white marble extracted from Italy, with a color between white and light pink, similar to the color of the fish belly. It has the characteristics of weathering resistance, corrosion resistance, durability, and aesthetics. White Carrara from Italy, with fine texture, stable properties, and coordinated texture, can be used for indoor and outdoor decoration and can be supplied in large quantities; Calacatta has a fine and uniform texture, coordinated board surface, and can be used for indoor and outdoor decoration under mild climate conditions.

Precautions for Installing White Marbles

Firstly, water is the medium for alkalization, and white marble does not undergo alkalization or yellowing in a dry environment. Therefore, when laying white marble rock, first level the floor or wall, wait for the cement to dry, and then use a white stone paving agent to lay the marble. This paving method is suitable for projects with sufficient time, and the risk of white stone turning yellow and darkening is significantly reduced. Secondly, the waterproofing of white marble is crucial. During production and processing, waterproofing must be done first, and it is also required that the marble be completely dry, with proper waterproofing on the front and sides. At the same time, merchants are required to apply white waterproof adhesive on the back of the marble. Thirdly, before laying white marble, the installation bottom should be checked to ensure that there are no outstanding impurities such as iron, rust-prone metals, wood chips, etc. These impurities will continuously release colors under the catalysis of water. These colors are like dyes, which seriously pollute the marble from the inside up.
