What's the General Description of our China ZC Sensor Factory Angle Blevel Gauge Protractor Inclinometer with 0.01Degree Resolution ?

 

The digital protractor uses angle sensor technology to calculate exact angles simply by tilting it to the desired angle.
The LCD that provides reading that is always displayed in upright position in any angle.
It measure angles within 4 x 90° (0~360°) range.
Placing the meter on reference surface zero to measure relative angle gives measured angle result within 0.1 degree accuracy.
It also has Absolute Angle Measurement to test whether the working surface is on the level to check roof slopes, wheel alignment, etc.

 Important Notes

1) The digital level has been pre-calibrated at factory

2) The product should only be recalibrated if it has been dropped.

3) 'Error' shows when either the forward tilt angle or backward tilt angle is not less than 30 degree.

 

Button function

1) ON/REF/OFF  

Press once to turn the LCD display screen on. Press button again to set current angle as zero, REF icon will be displayed to indicate relative angle measurement mose. Long press to turn off the LCD.

2)Hold/Sound

Press once to enter to HOLD function and for the 'H' icon be showed, press once again to release hold function. Long press the button for 3s to active sound function. Beeper will sound at 0 degree and 90 degree. Long press again to turn off the sound.

3) mm/m%in/ft LIGHT

Converts angle to differnt units. Press once to change the display units from degrees to mm/m, to percent slope %. to pitch in/ft. Long press for 3s to turn on back light. Long press again for 3s to turn off the back light. Touch any key to turn the light around 30s.

Reverse display: when turn upside down, the product shows up-down reversal for read.

 

 

Calibration

 

1)Place the digital inclinometer on a flat and smooth surface, press HOLD/SOUND button and ON/REF/OFF button at the same time, the calibration mode is actived and '-1-' will be displayed.

2)Press ON/REF/OFF button again, '-1-' will flash briefly. Do not move until -2- is displayed.

3) rotate it 180 degree in the same location and press ON/REF/OFF button, '-2-' will flash briefly. Do not move until the unit has completed the calibration and reset the display to the current level.
