Q1: Do you have a range of stock items for sale?
All our products are designed and made according to customer's demand. We have
no standard lines available from stock.
Q2:Can you design for me? Yes, our profession designers can design for you free of charge per your request.
Q3: What is your minimum order quantity?
As a general rule our MOQ is 3000pcs. Although on occasions we have orders for less than 3000. However, for one of small orders costs are likely to be very high when considering repro, printing, tooling and set-up costs.
Q4:What color can I use ? Pantone colors as well as the common 4 color (CMYK) process, any color is available.
Q5: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
1)The box pattern
2) The size of the production (Length*Width*Height)
3) The material and surface handling
4) The printing colors
5) If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Q6:When can I get the quotation? We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
If you are very urgent to get the quotation, please call us or tell us in your mail so that we could give your inquiry priority.
Q7: How many days will sample be finished? And how about the mass production ?
1) Generally 5-7working days for sample making.
2) The delivery time of mass production will depend on quality, production craftwork, ect. Commonly it lasts 10-15 working days.
