1. SUBMIT ORDER
You place an order by submitting your ideas, pictures or videos via email. Your ideas will provide the designer the information necessary to create a custom design you’ll love. Please be as detailed as possible. The more information you share, the easier it will be for your designer to capture the look you are hoping for.
2. MAKE PAYMENT
FULL PAYMENT of design fee is required before processing your ORDER. Please note that upon payment, your full payment becomes non-refundable. Please send all payments via PayPal or Trade Assurance.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is submitted and your payment is done, the designer will create preview of your proposed design. The preview will be emailed to you as soon as it is ready.
4. DESIGN APPROVAL
Once you have carefully reviewed all aspects of the design and you feel you are 100% happy with it, we will get started doing the sample. Once the sample is ready, we will take photos or video to you for confirmation before shipping. the shipping cost should be paid by you).
