About products and suppliers

Vacuum sealers are initially used in the packaging industry as a vacuum sealing technique to prevent spoilage and prolong the shelf life of food products. These food vacuum sealers allow food to be transported for long distances. They prevent the growth of mold and bacteria and, as such, keep the food fresh. Today, vacuum sealer machines are widely used not only for commercial purposes but also for home use. They have become a popular machine in the kitchen as it provides a convenient and economical way for households to protect, preserve and store food.

The differences between suction vacuum sealers and chamber vacuum sealers

Vacuum food sealers, either suction vacuum sealers or chamber vacuum sealers, work by getting air out of the packages and then sealing them firmly. Suction vacuum sealers for food are well-suited to store solid and frozen items. Most of them are horizontal in design and can be operated manually. Handheld vacuum sealers are a kind of portable suction vacuum sealers that are used to handle small amounts of food, making them great for home use. Chamber vacuum sealers, on the other hand, can be used to seal a large quantity of food. Aside from sealing solid food items, they're also capable of preserving liquid food items. Moreover, the chamber vacuum sealer allows users to control the amount of vacuum that's created in the sealing bag. Thanks to their advanced monitoring technology, it provides users with manual and automatic controls. Unlike suction vacuum sealers, chamber vacuum sealers have a vertical design, and they require less space. Most commercial vacuum sealers are chamber vacuum sealers. Note that these two kinds of vacuum sealers use different types of vacuum seal storage bags.

The advantages of vacuum sealers

Meat vacuum sealers help prevent freezer burns by keeping the air from contacting with the food, which then retains the flavor and nutrition of the food. The lack of air exposure allows for longer preservation and protection in the refrigerator or cabinet, especially for seasonal food that tends to spoil quickly, like vegetables, lettuce, and meat. Lastly, vacuum sealing reduces waste because it's a great way to preserve extra food and leftovers.
